Upon receipt of your order, please immediately inspect for the correct product, as well as proper style, size and color. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

Manufacturers Defect
In the extremely unlikely event a product is received damaged or defective; please contact us for instructions on how to return the item.

Easy Returns / Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unused stocking for exchange, replacement, or refund including the original shipping for full returns.  At we make returns and exchanges easy and we have a100% refund or replacement policy within 30 days.
• You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to make a return.
• Merchandise MUST be in original packaging.
• Include the RETURN FORM with your return.
• Include your phone number – in case we need to contact you to properly process your return.

How do I ship my Return?
You can ship your return to us anyway you want to. Shipment tracking is HIGHLY recommended. If we don't receive your return, we can't process your refund or exchange. Be sure to print the RA# on the outside of the package.

Where’s my Exchange?
Exchangestake 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we've receive your package. If you need an exchange quickly because of upcoming travel or medical procedure, we recommend you place a new order by phone or on our website, and return your original order for a refund.

Where’s my Refund?
Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process AFTER we receive your return. Orders placed on the web will receive an email refund confirmation. No notification is sent for phone order refunds. It can take your credit card company or bank 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
